A continuation of refined elegance & tailored growth
Expanding across the full floor of Level 32 at Martin Place, the project sought to establish a renewed identity that would harmonise with its Melbourne counterpart while responding to the unique character of Sydney’s urban context.
Anchored by the concept “Synergy – Crafting Unified Experiences,” the design embodies a philosophy of collective creativity — one that celebrates the intersection of individuality and collaboration. Drawing inspiration from artist Marion Borgelt and her sculptural work Lunar Swell, the interior explores rhythm, balance and movement, translating these qualities into spatial form.
This idea of synergy extends beyond aesthetics; it informs every layer of the design process — from spatial planning and material selection to the subtleties of texture, light and flow. The result is a workplace that feels both refined and dynamic, where connectivity and creativity coexist in seamless rhythm.
The brief called for the expansion and transformation of the existing tenancy into a cohesive, full-floor environment that embodied the next evolution of the company’s identity. Anchored by four key design pillars, Space Planning, Materiality, Technology Integration, and Biophilic Design, the vision sought to create a workplace that was as functional as it was inspiring. The spatial planning needed to emphasise openness and flow, encouraging collaboration and spontaneous interaction across teams.
A natural and tactile material palette of timber, stone, and glass introduced warmth and visual continuity, while advanced technology and acoustic solutions were to be seamlessly integrated to enhance. Rooted in biophilic principles, the brief also asked for a workspace that nurtured wellbeing through light, greenery, and organic forms.
