Endeavour Group’s Melbourne workplace set the benchmark - a village-style environment designed to bring people together.
For Sydney, we took this idea and gave it its own rhythm: dynamic, fluid, and energised. The result is a workplace that feels alive; layered with colour, texture and pattern to spark creativity, encourage connection and create moments of warmth throughout the day. Purposefully avoiding a corporate or sterile feel, the space is welcoming and human, supporting both focused work and spontaneous collaboration.
A key ambition was to carry forward the spirit of the Melbourne fitout while allowing Sydney to express its own identity. A unifying colour palette was developed to bring Endeavour Group’s diverse brands together – celebrating their individuality while ensuring they coexist harmoniously. Drawing on shared values, regional cues and tonal consistency, the environment feels cohesive yet character-rich, allowing each brand to be present without competing for attention.
Sustainability was a strong driver throughout the project, with a clear focus on reuse. Wherever possible, the existing built form, workplace zones and furniture were retained and thoughtfully integrated into the new design. By adapting and enhancing what was already there, rather than replacing it, the workplace celebrates resourcefulness – creating a design language that is both considered and responsible.
