On Level 25, the brief was to extend this sense of sophistication while responding to the suite’s unique character. Positioned sky-high with sweeping panoramic views, the workplace was envisioned to echo the building’s design principles while introducing a contemporary and highly functional environment tailored to today’s needs.
The layout is carefully composed to accommodate a variety of zones and activities, supported by tactile, luxurious finishes that lend a refined sense of place. Intimate yet distinctive, the design draws on the warmth of a writer’s den, creating a boutique experience that balances practicality with professionalism.
Mirroring the timeless quality of the lobby, the palette is soothing and understated, designed to be easy on the eye while enhancing focus and calm. In line with Hot Black’s commitment to conscious design, all finishes were selected for their longevity and purpose – ensuring the space remains enduring, equitable and aligned with GPT’s vision for 181 William Street.
