EMBODYING A COMMITMENT TO GROWTH, IMPROVEMENT, & INNOVATION.
The design stems from the concept of “Limitless’, which embodies a commitment to continuous growth, improvement, and innovation.
Through the exploration of this concept, we have fused aspirations to craft an environment that serves as a canvas for innovation, a catalyst for growth, and a narrative for progress.
In translating this vision into reality, we prioritised Consolidated’s horizons by enhancing facilities and ensuring a staff-centric approach across all facets. This led us to create different categories of workspaces within the fitout, The Land, The Lab & the Library.
The Land was reminiscent of a place for community and a connection to the Australian landscape. This encompasses Consolidated reception, staff breakout & play spaces.
The Lab was a place for collaboration and invention, the engine of new ideas. Spaces included their meeting rooms, collaboration spaces & phone rooms.
The Library is Consolidated’s space for blue-skying, a space for resources & focus. The workplace types that encourage these activities were their work zones, training space & staff amenity spaces.
Each of these space typologies are uniquely identified by their own colour palette and tailored materials.
Hot Black acknowledges the traditional owners, the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, on whose land we meet, share and work.
