Zoe Kinsella

Graduate Interior Designer

Drawn to the intersection of people, place and experience, Zoe’s journey into interior design began with a lifelong fascination with the built environment.

Before pursuing a career in design, she spent 15 years in the coffee industry, honing her skills in mentorship, hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.

Her involvement in establishing and managing a new café sparked an interest in the design process from the client side, inspiring her to pursue a career in interiors. Now in the final stages of completing her Bachelor of Interior Design, Zoe brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work.

She is particularly interested in crafting immersive experiences that strengthen a sense of place, creating spaces that are both purposeful and memorable for those who use them.

Hot Black acknowledges the traditional owners and custodians, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation, and the Gadigal and Cammeraygal peoples of the Eora Nation, on whose lands we meet, share and create. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and honour the knowledges of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
