At 39 Martin Place, Natixis CIB Australia, Natixis Investment Managers & Azure Capital come together in one Sydney workplace for the first time, creating a central hub that fosters a connected workplace.

Our design is grounded by the concept idea ‘interweaving unity’, where collaboration, wellness of staff & a sophisticated client experience were the driving forces of the project. The curated aesthetic balanced textures and forms for a professional yet unique environment, one which celebrates elements of both local design and the business’ French origins.

Seeking to create an enriched experience between the front of house and staff hub, mural artist Elsa Jeandedieu was engaged to handpaint a bespoke mural. Spanning the journey through zones, a delightful exploration of textures blends a path as it weaves throughout the transitory space.

A timeless base palette is coupled with feature moments of bold natural stones, textural rugs and various shades of blue and contrasting soft peach tones.

Natixis’ workplace provides an array of opportunity for both clients and staff alike. From a variety of adaptable settings and rooms, the workplace caters for events, casual and formal meetings, quiet zones, collaboration nooks and a wellness room.

Hot Black acknowledges the traditional owners and custodians, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation, and the Gadigal and Cammeraygal peoples of the Eora Nation, on whose lands we meet, share and create. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and honour the knowledges of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
