Hot Black were engaged by this Global Financial Institution to redefine and bring energy to their head office fitout in Sydney’s CBD.
Spread across 8 levels, the workspace is made up of 6 working floors and 2 specialty levels. The specialty levels look to support staff needs – specifically focusing on a wellness approach that provides yoga and health spaces, parents room, a large EOT facility and utility support. Centrally located on these levels is a large specialty staff breakout space to support all departments, a games room and a 32 person training room.
At the forefront of their industry, the concept of Momentum reflects the constant advancement of technology and approach to market trends.
With the client’s brief to drive changed behaviour in the new workplace, innovative and redefined workplace experiences have been entwined within the floor plates. Various ways of working are supported through the workplace methodologies.
Adhering to Global standards, whilst incorporating a local approach, has allowed Hot Black to liaise with multiple stakeholders from Asia-Pacific and Global HQ in the US. Additionally, it has allowed us to implement a bespoke wayfinding system & customised environmental graphics throughout the 8 levels to tailor the space towards those who frequent it.
