Celebrating the idea of rejuvenation and revitalisation, the space takes cues from natives to develop a bold personality and set the tone for modern plug’n’play suite.

This North Sydney speculative suite was inspired by Australian native fauna – intricate yet robust. Referencing the changing nature of workplace while drawing on the context of North Sydney the design celebrates an area currently undergoing an exciting & invigorating urban transformation.

The choice and use of colour in this project plays a vital role in creating the desired atmosphere an engaging and distinctive speculative suite. The colours selected are warm, earthy and inviting – drawing inspiration from the Australian bush. The exposed painted out ceiling in the front of house entry and breakout has been turned into a feature element, exaggerating the scale of the spaces coupled with a powerful injection of colour.

Lines of sight are drawn within as a continuous datum line traces throughout the fitout, utilising the feature wall paint without and acoustic panelling within meeting rooms. Uplifting the lobbies throughout 99 Walker, a tonal palette of whites establish a calm and warm experience for those entering each level, with pockets of biophilia highlighted in upholstery and planting.
