Drawing on the existing structure, the double-height space is celebrated throughout. The use of varying floor levels, exposed beams and mezzanine floors activates the multi-level aspects to the team structure and business.

The warehouse instils a natural industrial theme, where the materiality was focused on embracing the existing and developing a scheme that unified the old and the new.

A wayfinding initiative was implemented through the space by working closely with the MYOB marketing team and existing recognisable assets. A centralised park concept supports the cross collaboration between the teams and acts as a space to conduct town halls, relax and retreat activities and ability to collaborate through a series of agile walls in which are also applied throughout.

This workplace is as innovative and playful as the team is at MYOB, creating a new way of working and redefining the traditional canvas for a forward-thinking workplace accommodating 500 agile team members.
