Next project

With a blank floor plate and a creative mindset, we set to work to ensure that JLL’s newest space wasn’t just another ‘office’. Forward thinking and clever solutions were the key drivers in this project. Our brief was to create a space that was more than a sea of workstations. JLL Melbourne wanted to offer their staff a space to create, collaborate and be innovative amongst teams as well as offer something totally different to their current office.

The brief was to instil a level of empowerment by staff to activate the space to create, collaborate as an extension to their already occupied head office within Melbourne’s most renowned addresses on Collins Street.

An arrival experience that defies the norm, you step out of the lift and into an open plan setting of relaxed couches, informal huddles spaces, a coffee offering and a wave of greenery. Multiple workpoints can be found throughout, all different settings with a wide range of offerings. From the dedicated quiet working zone, through to the innovative workshopping hub, this space caters for all experiences. Colour was encouraged, drawing inspiration from the Melbourne streets below, and greenery throughout was imperative.

This collaborative & innovative office is designed with creativity at the forefront and powered by an entrepreneurial spirit.
