Combining the elegance of the GPO’s historic arches and the vibrant buzz of the city, Federal Coffee has established itself as one of Melbourne CBD’s best coffee venues.

It offers something for everyone; quick take away coffees from their corner kiosk on Bourke Street or a foodie’s delight at their café along Elizabeth Street.

Inspired by the rich heritage and grandeur of the building, vibrant tones of dusky red and gold details grab passing eyes from both sides of the building.

The integrated Coffee kiosk sits proudly at the start of Bourke Street mall to quickly satisfy the Melbourne caffeine cravings of customers. Follow the illuminated arches down the Elizabeth Street side of the building, and you’ll uncover an elegant cafe & kitchen.

With dining opportunities cleverly integrated within the outside space, the beautifully detailed banquette seating and greenery entice customers in and allow them to soak up the history of this 1860’s iconic building.
